CDP-CX260: No Track Memo's

I was very disappointed when I got my new CDP-CX260, since you cannot upload the track information using my slinke. Instead, it uploaded the disc title in the 13 characters available in its disc memo. The remote control its great in the sense that it allows you to browse through the lcd panel the discs as well as search for the disc memo, but what good is it if you have to know the title of the disc you want to play. I ended up programming a Powerbuilder application (I work for Sybase, you know) whick took the library file and inserted the first 3 characters of first and last name of the artist before the disc title. Result: If you are looking for Madonna's discs, you select M in your remote control and lists the titles in the LCD panel as follows:
