Upload MEMO to player

I just got my slinke and everything is almost fine. I can download information from the player. I found alomst all cd's through cddb. What I cannot do, upload memo text. I have a 250.
Also I cannot run the newest version, cause it says it cannot find MFC42.DLL.
I run on nt.
