Ooops. I tried out the phillipsir.cde myself with a universal remote and it looks like CDJ wasn't decoding this tricky phase shifting problem correctly.

The bottom line is that I fixed it, and there is a new version of CDJ on the website which includes a new version of phillipsir.cde and phillipstv.cde (the file I generated to test it). Once I fixed this, I was able to get the Mitsubishi to decode properly while Phillips was installed. I started looking into the Marantz stuff, but it looks like the TVs and stereos use different schemes and I don't know what you are using. You might try generating one youself using the info from IRDEMO.EXE. It looks like the stereo stuff uses the same RC-5 scheme as Phillips...
