You said the magic word: "Java" - I had disabled it some time ago.

I can now read those pages just fine in Netscape - I will return
IE to the trash can...

You should probably put a line on the help page somewhere stating
that Java is required for viewing - obviously, I had come to the
incorrect conclusion that MS HTML Help was required for both online
and offline viewing.

My mistake, sorry.

Note that I don't see any URL's in either of your follow-ups - I'm
adding a URL to this one just to see what it's supposed to look like.

I would appreciate a link which points me to the entire slinke low-level
document (if there is such a thing) so that I can print the whole thing
out for reference...
