I fixed this error in the current version on the website.

I'm going to be adding some new controls to the playlist, but for now, you can just select the currently playing item and hit the delete key. This will remove it from the playlist and start playing the next item. Alternatively, if you are sitting on the couch, you can just hit the >>| button for the current player (as long as it isn't the last track). This will cause the track to change which will cause CDJ to abort playback of the current item and move on to the next one.
