I've modified the assembly instructions a bit in light of you comments.

The heatsink shouldn't come off due to the packaging constaints. I decided to add it at the last minute for increased reliability of the regulator.

I plan to add low level functionality to ActiveX Control - I just haven't got to it yet.

I'll see what I can do about the error message windows - maybe I'll make them system modal. (I might get rid of them altogether so that the programs don't get hung up waiting for user responses)
