Thanks for the ideas, guys, I'll try next weekend to learn the IR first.

Actually, I AM a programmer, but an still in the UNIX 4GL world, and have not jumped into VB - something about not having any spare time / doing it all day at work.

I have heard it mentioned on the BBS before, but didn't quite get it - is there a command line interface for submitting slinke commands?
