Sound card recommendation

I'd like to add a sound card to my PC (I'm using built in sound at the moment). My main priority is to have digital IO (preferably 96 kbps) so that I can rip MP3s of my collection and record off my radio. Surround sound etc are way down the list as I've got a proper AV setup.

Any recommendations? Oh, I don't want to spend a fortune!
