memos not getting set

So when I added the 2nd 200 CD player and shifted a whole bunch of CDs around I discovered that my memos were out of sync. Redownloading them from CDJ
was not much help since the now empty slots still had old memo data.

So I cleared all the memos from the players memories and had CDJ redownload
the entire set.

What is odd is some of the memos didn't get set (vast majority did get set). I haven't noticed the pattern yet. If I ask CDJ to redo the download, the missing one that I'm looking always gets filled (I've done this twice know). I have noticed if there are still CD's missing memos.
