Problems with slinkserver still :(

When I try to run TVremote I get this:
componant 'slinkx.ocx'or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid
EZLearn is not even appearing on screen :(
I have tried to reinstall the distribtion package again, and this time it did not ask me to restart (good) but no change :( Im going to try deleting the whole install and try again.
