slinkx component?

I'm trying to use the slinkx component from iis active server pages. I'm assuming that I want to create the object "Nirvis.SlinkeClient". My first problem was that IIS complained that it was an out of process component. After setting IIS to allow out of process components, I still get the error "The RPC server is too busy to complete the operation", and creating the object fails.
Any ides?
