The library files are just text files so it should be pretty easy to do.
I have edited my library files directly and that appears to work just fine.
You should be able to edit the second library and even change the player
number so that when you put the libraries and CD players together everything
will be in the right place. It appears that in the library file the
players are indexed starting at 0.
