As you asked, I set the ID to 1 (and 2 and 3). Still no response at the 270 as SlinkServ merrily churns away. Does the 270 need to be in any particular state first? I've tried this test at several different input states, with no apparent difference.

Would a log of the SlinkServ activity help? How can I cause one to be created?
