Here's the breakdown:

Start bit 3.0ms
each one = 1.8ms
each zero = 1.2ms

The software also adds an extra 5ms pause at the end of each S-Link command

If I were you, I'd just start large (300ms), get it working and then start
doing global search / replaces in the script file until it stops working.
