You probably have one of the players setup as the slave to other.
The 260s are master players so they will want to control any other player on the same bus at s-link address 3. I am guessing that one of the players set
to be #3. Try setting the at 1 and 2.
Splitting them on separate s-link buses as Colby suggest will also accomplish
the same thing.
