GPF in 2/13 version of CDJ

I Just installed the 2/13 version of CDJ. It is working okay as far as I can tell, but I am not a heavy user. I asked it to save some playlists. It did and named them with a pla extension. Double clicking on them launched the dialog asking for the association. I sopped and went through the association list and noted an association extension for CDJ marked as playlists. I changed the extension on my play list from pla to cdj. I launched it and the system GPF'd. I duplicated the association entry for cdj as pla. Tried again same situation, a GPF. Any thoughts? OS is Windows 98.
