Sony CDP CX88ES

Two questions:
1. I am thinking about purchasing a 200 disk changer [ Sony CDP CX88ES looks to be the best] and using a DAC to improve the sound. Does that make sense?? [I am a fairly fussy audiophile]
2. Anybody know where I can get a 240 volt CDP CX88ES mail order?
Any advice appreciated
