I have the same kind of problem.

Sometimes, when CDJ rescans the disks, it create another copy of the cd in the library, keping the old one shaded. Trying to erase the shaded disk is not working. As soon I reload CDJ, the erased disks are back.

I also have a problem with CDJ bombing when I click on a track on a disk that have lyrics attaced to it.
