Automation feature request?

Unless, of course, it's already there and I have not found it...

I think it would be wonderful if there was a hook into the music timer from the automation interface (I know, the release notes indicated you don't want to do much with the timer... )
What I would like to do is hit "sleep" on my amp remote, and have a "map" entry that sends something like cdj:timer[2:00] to tell CDJ to stop playing after 2:00 hours, or something similar... Unfortunatly the amp I have my CD changers connected to doesn't have slink, or I could probably use some indication from the amp that it was shutting down to acomplish this.
