Have >7 IR devices and PCs how to control?

I've just gotten an SlinkE a little while ago and have a whole bunch of IR devices(a couple of Sony too)to control.
The living room has 4 PCs running win/98 and I'd like to either have any of the PCs control the beasts or take one of the many X10 6 in one remotes to control everything. (in an nice orderly fashon, of course :)
Devices include:
Sony 200 disc player
GE(RCA) DSS receiver
Technics audio receiver
Sony 20someodd" TV
Couple of VCRs (one a few years old, one a really early hi-fi)
Toshiba 10' Sat dish.

So, is there a nice App I can configure to control everything, from all the PCs?

Two bonus's to all this would be controlling the few other devices about the house as well, and controlling the main CD/etc from elsewhere in the house.(I bought a number of remote transmitter/receivers for the slink as well)
