Slink-e and X-10

I have a fairly comprehensive freeware X-10 (plus a lot more) control program.

I have always planned on adding the Slink-e to the list of devices supported and
have had a Slink-e for several months. I've just been busy with other things.

My application is called Commander X and you can get a copy at...

http://Commander-X.com

It is a 16-bit Windows program. I've planned from from the beginning to port it
to an embedded i386EX running DOS or Linux and so have no been concerned with
a 32-bit Windows version.

However, for those of you who can program using Colby's ActiveX control, it would be a simple matter to write a small 32-bit program that would communicate with the Slink-e and could pass commands to Commander X via it's command line interface (and receive X-10 and ADIO info via DDE). This would give you full access to all of the Commander X features (which are exensive) for X-10 and ADIO and would save me the time of writing it myself.

I will be willing to make your app available from the Commander X web page, if anyone would like to tackle this.

Commander X
