Automate mp3 encoding?

Has anybody found a way to automate encoding a bunch of CD's using CDJ? I want to run through more or less my whole collection and stuff them onto a server. I'd like CDJ to play each song and automatically trigger encoding and create the MP3 album with the songs attached properly... basically duplicating my collection so I can get to it remotely.
