No this is not a problem. The player output is low impedance (say < 100 ohm) and is meant to drive high impedance loads (> 2k ohm). Connecting one player to two high impedance (say 10k ohm) amps may half the impedance it sees to 5k, but it is still fine. If you connect two players together, you'd be looking at something more like 100 ohms, or 50 times lower impedance, which can seriously affect the perfomance of the player output, or maybe even damage it. Make sense?
