Ok. I could see that this could get lose if not careful but what I was thinking was have a field in the database say volume_offset (integer field) or something it would contain vaules say from -10 to +10. A zero, empty or null would be no adjustment, but say it contained a 4 then this would be like 4 clicks on the volume up tool bar. The Volume tool bar is now controlled by the map file and currently mine executes 6 vol+ for each click, but this could be control by the person. You could limit the the + numbers so that even if the field contained 100 CDJ would only process +10 or whatever was chosen for the upper limit.
