Updated MiniDisc Manager software available

I've done some more updates to my MiniDisc Manager software (V0.94), which is
available for download from:

http://web2.airmail.net/will/

This update has the following enhancements:

V0.94 - 99/6/13
New: A-B Erase function - functional but no error checking on player response
New: Combine function - still no "complete" message sent when OK clicked
New: Divide Track function
New: Preferences dialog to set Slink-e slink port
Fixed: Move function track reordering bug
Fixed: Bug when reloading track data too quickly

Still to do:
More error checking on player's state-machine in various modes
Finish Combine Function
Reload track data after recording a new track

Thanks to Richard Malcolm-Smith for help with some of the editing commands.
