The AD797 is made by Analog Devices. You may be able to obtain them from their web site http://www.analog.com. They did not have the version I wanted in stock at the time.
I found mine at Newark Electronics. http://208.243.115.148 or you could call 18004639275 they have many locations. In KC the number is 913 677-0727. They do have a minimum order requirement of $20 or they add a $5 charge. They cost $6.30 each when I bought mine, so I ordered 2 extra just in case and I wanted something for my extra $5. Newark's part number is 05F7659.
