I don't know if this is the same problem your talking about, but I find that if I restart CDJ before SLinkeServ is entirely unloaded I get a page fault from CDJ at the point you mention above. (I'm on Win98 if that matters.)
If I wait just a few more seconds before restarting CDJ everything works fine.
