Similarly I made an MP3 album with 14 tracks. When playing them in order I have skips in these two sequences. 1-3-5-7-8-10-11-12-14 and 1-2-4-6-8-9-10-12-13-14. I haven't tried tarcking any further. It does seem to be mostly every other one and not necessarily the same ones. I didn't rip any of these myself so I don't know any specifics about the files such as what type of software was used.
