I may have another manifestation of the same problem. CDJ recognized EMF's Schubert Dip album as being Bob Dylan's Greatest Hits. When I got Bob Dylan's Greatest Hits, it told me that the CD existed twice in the changer, and it wouldn't show up in CDJ.
