Thank you, thank you thank you. Just the help I needed. For anyone else tinkering with this, here is my map which loads a particular playlist that you saved and randomly plays it. Exchange the word country with the name of your playlist (make sure it's in the playlist directory)
X10:on[a2] {cdj:playlist_stop cdj:playlist_clear cdj:playlist_load[country] cdj:playlist_shuffle cdj:playlist_pointer[random] cdj:playlist_loop[on] cdj:playlist_mode[random] cdj:playlist_play} X10:off[a2] {cdj:playlist_next} X10:on[a3] {cdj:playlist_pause} x10:off[a3] {cdj:playlist_stop}
