Let me just make sure you are walking before running... Can you run CDJ locally on the w2k box using slinkeserv w/o a problem? This would be the first step. If not, make sure you have regsvr32.exe'd slinkx.ocx and slinkeprx.dll and run slinkeserv.exe at least once.
