S/PDIF to TOSlink Converter???

Can anybody recommend a place to buy a gadget that will convert digital coax input, i.e. S/PDIF, to optical TOSlink output? The device does not need to strip SCMS bits or do any other data manipulation, just a straight conversion from coax bits to optical bits. Thanks.
