Found: S/PDIF to TOSlink Converter???

Ok, I got ambitious and looked for one. The Midiman CO2 is good for either direction, or for bidirectional use at one time. I just ordered it for $68 + shipping from http://www.soundprofessionals.com/

(yes, it would be cheaper to do the Radio Shack project, but this way it's got a pretty box and my friends won't be able to laugh at my soldering skill, or lack thereof)
