CTS (clear to send). This signal is sent from the slink-e to the PC to tell the PC when it is allowed to send data to the slink-e. This prevents the PC from sending data to the slink-e faster than it can be sent out the various ports. There are a few other lines which can be looped back locally on the PC side to make the PC believe a device is present. This info is in the help under Slinke|Setting up the serial port, I believe.
