DXS..will it help me??

I want to do something rather simple and am wondering whether the new DXS would be of use.

I have 2 changers connected to an audio mixer (for crossfading) via slink-e and CDJ. I want to get additional changers (5x CDP-CX350s), and connect everything up together, via Slink-e and CDJ to allow playing (and mixing/crossfading) from any of the players.

Would the DXS help in this respect and eliminate the need for the audio mixer and simplify the setup. I have an amp with 2 TOSlink and 1 RF input.

Any info appreciated. And Colby....will it work in the UK (voltage difference etc) ? Thanks, John Hughes
