absolutely. here's an example from an old map file of mine:

cdjr:using_player[mp3] {amps:input[030300]} cdjr:using_player[cd1] {amps:input[020200]} cdjr:using_player[cd2] {amps:input[020200]} cdjr:using_player[cd3] {amps:input[020200]} cdjr:using_player[cd4] {amps:input[020200]}

in this case I had the 4 CD players actively mixed on one receiver input, but had the mp3 audio coming in on another input. just put the appropriately labeled commands from the device file you generate for your remote (and load in CDJ) to look something like this

cdjr:using_player[mp3] {pionrcvr:md} cdjr:using_player[cd1] {pionrcvr:cd}
