CDJ & Slink-E on a 100baseT Network

I am interested in joining the ranks of Slink-E/CDJ users. I was wondering if anyone knows if any computer on a 100 base T LAN (all stations using Windows 9X not NT)can access the Slink-E on one computer. In other words can the Slink-E be "shared"? I would like to access the the Slinke-E from any computer in the house (all on a network) and control the changer. The Changer's audio is already piped through out the house, so it's a natural to want to control it from any station as well.

Currently the only way to control it is through IR repeating, but it would be nice to have CDJ loaded on all computers in the house and actually access the CD database and playlist files etc. - pick discs or playlists from the CDJ interface any workstation in the house.

Any input would be apprecaited. I hope this is isn't a "dumb" question.
