If you have the latest software then there is no problem with the device files. There are many people using CX300 changers with no problems.

you definately want your CD changer set to Control-A1II. You need to start CDJ *after* the player is in the correct mode. If you are still having a problem please call us at (510)525-2850 and we should be able to get you going quickly.
