MP3 Album Files

Is there any syntax or file location that should be used when ripping MP3's to keep track of Track-#, Album title, artist,etc so that when the file is brought into an album it retains this information. Is the only place to modify this in Access. Multiple files can be copied to an Album from explorer, but I don't see a way to bring in the other fields.
