Yet another request

This request is merely a "nice-to-have" I presume, but yet I would be very interested in a solution: I use a Toshiba laptop solely to control my CD players with CDJ. I already shut off the blower of the Pentium chip to avoid noise and I also set the harddisk to stop ASAP after having been used. Yet almost every time a new number is started, the harddisk starts running again because a few date are needed (e.g. the cover). This means I have the HDD noise every time, which can be anoying when the song playing begins very soft (e.g. Bolero of Ravel). I have more than enough free memory space to load all required information upfront, but I have no idea if (and how) I could do that. (Unlike most of you I have no technical knowledge of the PC workings).

I would be interested in any possible solution.

Thanks and regards,

Andre
