DXS Lock-Ups

I seem to have some sort of lock-up problem with the DXS after an undetermined amount of time. For example here is a message I just got, I can't do anything but reset the unit by pulling the power at that point:

:4 E00:4 E10:4

5 E:0:4 E;0

I have gotten other error messages with lock-ups as well, the remote becomes unusable on lock-up. The following is my setup...

2 Output Modules (1x4 TOSLINK (#1,2,3,4); 1x4 COAX (#5,6,7,8)) 2 Input Modules (1x4 TOSLINK (#1,2,3,4); 1x4 COAX (#5,6,7,8))

Output #1 - Visible Auto-Sense Input #1,2,3 Output #2 - Invisible/Unused Output #3 - Visible Auto-Sense Input #3 Output #4 - Invisible/Unused Output #5 - Visible Auto-Sense Input #1,2 Output #6 - Invisible/Unused Output #7 - Invisible/Unused Output #8 - Invisible/Unused

Input #1 and 2 are Sony CD Changers Input #3 is a Panasonic DVD Player
