CDJ2CCF bug: misses 'enter'

CDJ2CCF misses recording the 'enter' command for several of the CDs in the CCF it generates. There doesn't seem to be a pattern on which ones miss the 'enter' except that all of them are past cd-list-9 with positions > 109 and are usually quite close to CDs that have had exception records created for them.

eg. if a CD is say in position 163. it would record the following macro:

CD-Access (Main) - Number Access - Disc Delay CD-Access (Main) - Number Access - 1 Delay CD-Access (Main) - Number Access - 6 Delay CD-Access (Main) - Number Access - 3

missing the 'enter' below:

CD-Access (Main) - Number Access - Enter
