Hmmm. You might well be right about the cause, since I am using a Sony receiver (the 835). But it is still a problem whatever the cause. The clipping to me undercuts the usefulness of the whole setup rather markedly. Is there any way to fix? With CDJ control, for instance, could the DXS be set to output a quarter-second of "leader" bits or something like that to wake up the receiver? I really don't want to buy a new receiver, since this one is all of three months old.
