There is a command to do this. There is a toolbar (you may have to enable it) for the players. This toolbar has |<< and >>| and acts on the currently selected player. CDJ will automatically keep selecting the current playing player for you so this is really a track forward/back button for your playlist if you don't go selecting things in the player window.
