I think saying the product isn't much good without it is a little harsh. In the real world, things break. I've seen good responsiveness here and I'm sure as soon as the problem can be identified, it will be fixed.

Sometimes, with software, there are little idiosycracies that may show up on some systems and not others. If you can't see the problem yourself, it is sometimes hard to fix. I know this from experience.
