I have owned mine for only a week and can tell you that the support, not only from the guys at Nirvis, from from the Slinky community here on the BBS is BAR NONE! I had a few minor hitches at the beginning that were solved in a matter of minutes in most cases. Everything works perfectly now. I am very satisfied and would highly recommend this to anyone serious about their CD's.
