Mapping Problem

I had used CDJfor a number of months and was very satisfied with the product. However, my system crashed recently and I lost all of the data on my hard-drive including CDJ stuff. I reinstalled the software, used EZ-learn to construct a map (it tested successfully) and loaded the map and the device file created. No luck. My amp fails to respond to the commands to 1.turn it on and 2. change cd players when a new item playsthrough in the playlist. What do I need to do to make it work?
