Command line use of Slink-e

Okay here is a long shot of a question, but I'm wondering if it is possible to issue a CDJ command using a Command line. My Slink-e is connected to my main entertainment system and a 36" Destination XTV system. I would like to issue a command during the system bootup to change inputs on my receiver to the inputs used for the XTV. I'm thinking this could be done using a script located in the Windows startup folder. I would assume CDJ would need to be running prior to any commands being issued.

Any help would be appreciated.
