Never Play option

I have a situation where I have obtained sveral disks that have commentary on certain tracks instead of music. I was looking for a way to set the system so that these tracks never played. I noticed that in the tracks section of the data base, there is a field called "Never Play". I thought my problem was solved.

When I select the whole disk however the commentary tracks still play even though they are marked Never play in the data base.
