New version and Auto-Search

I just started using the new version. I took a disc out to take in the car and when I closed the door on my CDP-CX300, it immediately started searching ("skimming"). I figured I had just timed it right with the new auto-search capability.

When I returned to put the disc in, I noticed that the disc was not marked missing. I opened the door, put it in, closed it, and it immediately went off and did the same thing. I don't know what it's doing, but it's slow.
